The Forks of the River, a local name for our location, is a taproom that not only celebrates the birthplace of the French Broad River but also the quality of water we all enjoy. We dedicate 12 taps to our breweries within our watershed that makes beer from these pristine mountain waters. We are here because of the water and so is the beer.

Food Trucks
We work with some amazing locally owned and operated food trucks throughout the year. They are each independent from the Taproom and Headwaters, therefor schedules and line-ups can change daily. We will do our best to post a weekly schedule on our social media accounts. Thank you for understanding and for supporting small local businesses.

Looking for something to do tonight? Join us at Brevard Brewing at 6:30 PM for Tuesday Night Fly Tying with Kevin Waters. This week`s pattern is Tim Flagler`s Sulphur Spinner—a proven fly for matching one of the season`s most important hatches.
The class is donation-based, and all materials are provided. If you have your own vise, feel free to bring it along.
And a reminder: Tuesday Night Fly Tying will be happening every week this summer at Brevard Brewing, starting at 6:30 PM. Whether you`re a seasoned tier or just getting started, everyone is welcome!

Guided Llama Hikes are back for summer and fall!
Join hiking guide Lydia and Mark of Llama Caddy for a one-of-a-kind adventure through DuPont State Forest. Hike alongside friendly pack llamas as we explore the iconic High Falls and Triple Falls Loop, one of Western North Carolina`s most beautiful waterfall trails.
Trip Details:
• DuPont State Forest – High Falls & Triple Falls Loop(Visitor Center)
• Meet at 9:30 AM
• Approximately 2-hour guided hike
• $75 per person
• Ages 5+
• Limited to 16 participants (minimum of 6 participants must sign up for the trip to go out)
Please note:
✔️ Advance registration is required
✔️ No dogs permitted
✔️ Hikes are offered on select weekdays only due to heavy weekend trail traffic
✔️ Space is limited and dates are only available on the schedule currently listed
